This so-called food "healthy" damages your heart

This so-called food "healthy" damages your heart

In reading today's article, remember that cardiovascular diseases are the No. 1 cause of MORTALITY in the modern world, with even higher rates than cancer! For some reason, most people do not seem to care about it until it's too late and they have a heart attack or even they DIE to 30-40 years for some.

It is time that people begin to take seriously the health of their heart before it's too late. Unfortunately, most do not think of something they can not easily see or feel ... after all, you can not "see" how many plaques clog your arteries every day, as you can not see how much fat body you have accumulated during the day.
This means that most people are unaware of their heart health until they have a heart attack or even die. Worse, I see many people make jokes about clogged arteries from eating junk food, saying things like "I'd rather enjoy life than worry about clogging my arteries." Sorry to break the mood, but you can not enjoy life if you are DEAD!

This mentality so popular not to worry about the time bomb that is the health of your heart is very sad if we thought about it.

Eat donuts and fried chicken is it REALLY "enjoy life"? Not for me anyway! I'm sure you will agree that to be healthy, happy, active, and able to do all the things you like as they age is much MORE important in life a few fleeting moments as enjoy a donut or something Fried will shorten your life.

One thing that sometimes wake people is the fact of making a test calcification of arteries and see how they are already clogged. This is a wake up call for many people who encourage them to finally worrying about their heart health before it's too late.

I mentioned the donuts and fried chicken above, which, as I'm sure you know, are obvious due to heart valves processed fats and inflammatory refined vegetable oils used in their manufacture ...

But what about the so-called food "healthy" like whole grains and the health of your heart? Well ...

Here is an excerpt of a great book I recently read called "The Great Cholesterol Myth" by Dr. Stephen Sinatra and Dr. Jonny Bowden ...

"A 2010 study in the Archives of Internal Medicine showed that women who ate the highest amount of carbohydrates had a significantly higher risk of coronary heart disease compared to those who ate lesser amounts, but also that the carbohydrates high glycemic index were particularly associated with much greater risk of cardiovascular disease. "

As you can see, they made a direct connection between carbohydrate consumption and cardiovascular diseases. And as you already know if you've read my other articles, research in recent years have shown that natural saturated fats and dietary cholesterol have basically NOTHING to do with cardiovascular diseases. It's sugar, high GI carbohydrates, levels of stress and transform fat that seem to be the main culprits.

What are the immediate effects on your heart a carbohydrate-rich meal?
In his book, Dr. Sinatra also discusses another study (the Sackler School of Tel Aviv University and Sheba Medical Center Heart Institute) on the function of the endothelial walls of the arteries before and after eating dose of carbohydrates with high GI ...

They used what is called the brachial reactive testing to measure the functioning of arteries and given high GI carbohydrates such as corn flakes and sugar to several groups of people (the same as a French breakfast current). .. Dr. Sinatra says, "enormous peaks indicating arterial stress were found in the high GI group."

We are not talking about damage of the arteries caused by saturated fats and cholesterol as was led to believe ... this study shows direct damage sugar and cereals on the arteries. Is not it sad that these cereals are announced by food conglomerates as foods "healthy and good for health."

Dr. Sinatra continues, "Researchers at Harvard Medical School and Harvard School of Public Health noted that rapidly digested and absorbed carbohydrates (ie those with a high glycemic load) are associated with an increased risk of heart disease ". Note that one of the WORST carbohydrate sources in terms of blood sugar and glycemic levels is made from wheat (even the so-called "whole grain good for your health") and in glucose testing they have a greater impact on blood glucose than pure table sugar, due to the nature of amylopectin-A in wheat food.

Whole grains can raise CRP and inflammation in your body

Dr. Sinatra and Dr. Bowden also point to studies that directly show that people who eat high glycemic carbohydrates in their diet have higher levels of CRP (C-reactive protein), which is an indicator of overall inflammation in your body. A higher CRP usually means a higher risk of heart disease.

See the differences in CRP they noted - "... those whose diets were lowest glycemic rates had a reading of the average CRP of 1.6, but those whose diets were highest in glycemic had a higher CRP 3x (average size: 5.0 mg / L) ".

To give you a perspective on CRP if you eat a really healthy diet with a focus on healthy protein, lots of vegetables, spices, teas, red wine and other antioxidants, with a set of relatively carbohydrates weak ... I made my CRP test twice and my results are up from 0.1 to 0.4, which means a VERY LOW amount of inflammation in my body.

What about the so-called red meat "deadly" in relation to cardiovascular disease? Not so "lethal" ultimately ...

Unfortunately, the media and associations through a program against meat consumption have tried to lay the blame on red meat for decades. Let's see what the real scientists like Dr. Sinatra and Dr. Bowden have to say from a scientific point of view ...

Keep in mind that most previous studies had never separated processed meat (such as hot dogs, bolognese, cold meats with chemical additives, etc.) and non-processed meats (such as organic steak, tenderloin Organic pork, bios burgers, wild game meat, etc.) in the investigation of the relationship between meat consumption and heart disease.

But Dr. Sinatra and Dr. Bowden presented a Harvard study where the researchers analyzed 20 studies, including more than 1.2 million people in 10 countries and found that ... "each daily serving of 50g processed meat (about a hot dog or some deli meat slices) was associated with a 42% higher risk of developing heart disease. However, no relationship was found between heart disease and non-red meat treated ".

Remember also that fed beef to healthy grass contains a unique fat called CLA that drives cancer and helps promote fat loss.

As you can see in this article, even supposedly "healthy whole grains", which are a big industry these days, are now involved in cardiovascular disease and DEATH from damage, obstruction and hardening of the arteries resulting from inflammation.
